I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to contact Leanne Fant at Caldwell Banker. As my buyer’s agent, she educated me about so many things I was not even aware of for the buying process, and throughout an 8 week period of me having way too much to do from 2800 miles across country, every time an issue or problem came up, Leanne picked it right up for me and got things done. She is very focused, intuitive, and listens. She works very hard for her client. Escrow will be closing for my new residence very soon. After 25 years in New England, I am happily looking forward to returning to my home state of California!

Leanne answers questions and if she doesn’t have the answer she got the answer to us same day. She was on top of showing us listings we would not have looked at due to not reading deeper into them. She also put pressure on the listing agent if we all didn’t feel like we were getting a good follow-up or answer. I highly recommend her.
